Chief Executive OfficerBruce Matous was raised in the construction business by Lee Roy Psencik. He worked for Mr. Psencik as a pipe layer / laborer in the summers while still in high school. Bruce learned to estimate while still in school and often worked weekends in college helping him bid jobs.
PresidentDon Schuch was raised in the construction business by Clyde Smith. Mr. Smith was the founder and owner of Water Construction back in the 50's, 60's, and 70's. Don worked his way through the University of Texas at Water Construction. While at Texas, Don earned a degree in Civil Engineering.
Vice PresidentWillie Beach was raised in the construction business by his dad, Alan R. Beach. Alan was a long time superintendent of Psencik Construction. Willie traveled to jobsites with his dad at a very early age.
Vice PresidentMike Psencik is the son of the late Lee Roy Psencik. Mike was raised in the business by one of the best businessmen in the industry. He has taken after his father in many ways ... he takes a very systematic approach as an estimator and project manager.
Vice PresidentJohn Yanez was raised in the construction business by his dad and uncle and was operating backhoes at a very young age. John currently serves as Vice President of Field Operations and is a project superintendent on our larger projects.
ControllerJanna Bonnett serves as Controller for Matous Construction. Her job includes managing the payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assists our project managers and estimating team.
Project ManagerBlake Pitts joined Matous Construction in 2006. He currently serves as Project Manager on our larger construction projects. His detail oriented approach to managing a project ensures the project to be delivered on time and under budget.
SuperintendentGreg Beach was also raised in the water and wastewater business by his dad, Alan R. Beach. Greg spent the first part of his career at Psencik Construction and served as Vice President of Psencik in the late 90's.
SuperintendentWill Donaldson has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Will serves as Project Superintendent for Matous Construction. He is a very talented pipe fitter, millwright, and is an expert at installing chemical feed equipment.
