Vice President

Mike Psencik is the son of the late Lee Roy Psencik.  Mike was raised in the business by one of the best businessmen in the industry.  He has taken after his father in many ways ... he takes a very systematic approach as an estimator and project manager.

Mike currently serves as Vice President of Matous Construction.  He typically manages our smaller projects.  He is very detail-oriented and provides 25 years experience to his projects.  Mike visits his jobsites weekly and is well iked by owners, engineers, and plant operators.

Mike lives in Temple with his wife, Tara, and their twin daughters.  Mike has a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology from Texas State Technical College.  Mike and his family enjoy spending time on the water at Lake Belton.
